A beautiful blue day

chelsea1.jpgI know, I know this is completely off-topic; I might even lose a couple of subcribers and readers on this one but what the h'll.

Think of a better day ? Chelsea floors Man U 3-0 at the Bridge to claim the second consecutive championship; I can't hardly think of a better day. It is certainly a new era in British football as Chelsea lavished by Abramovich's millions and under the sharp guidance of Mourinho have stepped the competition in the Premiership up a notch.

I won't go into analysis of the season here (for some biased punidtry go here). ... but I would say that especially Terry and Lamps have impressed me very much this year with their consistency and high level of performance.

So in the end a blue day to be remembered and rightfully enjoyed.

"I can't hardly think of a better day."

Oh, I dunno. 17 May in Paris is one 'might have been' for your list. Next year maybe :)-
